Description
Along the Oberalpsee we usually meet numerous patient fishermen who hope for a good catch. You won't be disturbed. The effort for us begins only after the gallery. A mountain path leads us in even hairpin bends to the Lutersee. Simply beautiful, as it lies in a hollow surrounded by mats and rocks at the foot of the Oberalpschijen! To the south, a mountain panorama opens up to us, from the Grisons and Ticino mountains to the Urner Alps. We stay for quite a while - picnic, swimming trunks and a blanket we have with us.
On an old military road we walk further below the Scheehüenerstock to the Fellilücke. From here we can see as far as Central Switzerland. The Hinterfelli Valley up to the Oberalp Pass is scenically very varied. We meet rare flowers and green mats with cottongrass, crossing the Fellibach again and again.
Option 1: Hike up from the Lutersee to the mountain station of the Schneehüenerstock and take the gondola down to the valley. (approx. 40 minutes)
Option 2: From the middle station Platte with the gondola lift into the valley.

Directions
A marked hiking trail leads along the Oberalpsee towards Andermatt. After the gallery we turn right. We follow the narrow, signposted mountain path to the Lutersee. Below the mountain station of the Schneehüenerstock we meet an old military road, which leads in an easterly direction to the Fellilücke. In a southerly direction we follow the hiking trail to the top of the pass, which we can see from here.
