You are a beginner and not yet as confident on the bike as you would like to be? Then our beginner offer is just right for you. Enjoy two great days in a group of like-minded women, in which perhaps the biking becomes a secondary matter.

For the overnight stay in Disentis you have the choice between three bike-friendly accommodations. The meeting point is the Stiva Ursus restaurant at the Catrina Resort. Dinner will be at the Stiva Tildi at the Catrina Hotel. Here at the resort you also have the possibility to relax in the wellness area as well as in the bathing area.

Our experienced instructor will show you how to improve your bike skills step by step and quickly move from beginner to the next level. Whether in the skills park, on the flow trail or one of the numerous trails around Disentis Sedrun - the goal is that you feel good.

• Meeting point on the first day is at 9.00 a.m. at the Piazza Catrina in Disentis.
• Bike rental is possible at any time at Menzli Sport or Catrina Sportshop. Both in Disentis.
• The wellness area of the Catrina Resort can be visited by all participants at any time, regardless of the chosen accommodation.
• The offer includes the guest card of the vacation region Disentis Sedrun "d'aur" as well as the bike card.
• Lunch breaks are made according to the dynamics of the group. The lunches are paid individually by the participants.

Forget everyday life for three days, get on your bike and discover the area around Disentis Sedrun. Along the way, you'll refine your riding technique and the skills you bring with you. Speaking of bringing along - bring along your best friend. That way biking in the women's group is twice as much fun.

In addition to the biking, we also want you to have a good time. That's why we've built in a few little tidbits of enjoyment into this offer. Or maybe you make a detour to one of the beautiful, crystal clear mountain lakes with us to celebrate the "repose"? • Bike rental is possible at any time at Intersport Curschellas in Sedrun.
• The offer includes the guest card of the vacation region Disentis Sedrun "d'aur" as well as the bike card.
• Lunch breaks will be made according to the dynamics of the group. The lunches will be paid individually by the participants.
• If the weather is not optimal, a small soapstone course will be offered. Regardless of the weather, each participant can look forward to receiving a soapstone set to take home.
