Sedrun
Mountain railway
From Salins, the cable car takes you up to Cuolm da Vi. Once you arrive, you are just a few metres from the municipal border with Disentis. From Cuolm da Vi you have a variety of hiking, biking and trail running routes at your disposal. By the way, the cable car also stops at Cungieri on certain trips. The terrace with a wonderful view invites you to linger.
Municipality of Tujetsch
Tujetsch is the name for the entire valley, for the whole political community. Tujetsch is not a village but includes the following 11 fractions: Chamut, Selva, Dieni, Rueras, Zarcuns, Camischolas, Gionda, Sedrun, Bugnei, Surrein and Cavorgia. Sedrun is the political and ecclesiastical capital of the Tujetsch. The name Sedrun is better known than Tujetsch and is therefore sometimes used for the whole valley.
